25% bonus shares of IME Life Insurance Company Limited are now listed on NEPSE, available for trading at an LTP of Rs. 540.00. The company also announced a 26.3158% dividend for FY 2079/80, with a 1.3158% cash dividend of Rs. 5.26 crore paid including tax.
LS Capital’s Sunrise Focused Equity Fund (SFEF) will pay a 4.5% cash dividend (incl. tax) and Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF) will pay a 12.5% cash dividend (incl. tax) for fiscal year 2080/81, as decided at the 145th board meeting on Shrawan 24.
Himalaya Urja Bikas Company opens a 1:1 right share issue from 24th Shrawan, 2081, allowing existing shareholders to acquire 9.9 million units at a par value of Rs. 100 each. The offering totals Rs. 99 crore, will increase paid‑up capital to Rs. 1.98 billion, and is managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited.

Today is the last day to claim the 14.077% dividend from Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF), a bonus‑share payout valued at Rs. 12,82,10,853.72, and the 14% dividend from National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL), comprising Rs. 20.04 crore in 4% bonus shares and Rs. 50.11 crore in cash, with book‑closure on Shrawan 24. Shareholders registered before closure are eligible for the payouts and may attend the AGMs on 32nd Shrawan 2081 for SWMF and 7th Bhadra 2081 for NLICL.
4.75% bonus shares of Prabhu Insurance Ltd. (PRIN) have now been listed on NEPSE. The company also approved a 5% dividend for FY 2079/80 and a 0.25% cash dividend for tax, with the bonus shares valued at Rs 6.53 crores.
NIC Capital Limited has declared cash dividends for its four closed‑ended funds and one open‑ended fund for fiscal year 2080/81. Dividends range from 6.98% for NIC ASIA Balanced Fund to 14% for NIC Asia Select‑30, with the largest payment of Rs. 17.50 crores to NICSF unitholders.
