Book closure for dividends from NIC Asia Capital Limited mutual funds expires on 28th Bhadra 2081; unit holders must be registered before that date to receive their dividends: 14% (Rs. 17.50 crores) for NIC Asia Select-30, 10.50% (Rs. 10.71 crores) for NIC Asia Flexi Cap Fund, 9.50% (Rs. 7.93 crores) for NIC Asia Growth Fund, and 6.98% (Rs. 6.98 crores) for NIC Asia Balanced Fund.
Shareholders must attend the AGM on Ashwin 18, 2081, to approve a 25% dividend for FY 2080/81; the book closure on Ashwin 4 guarantees dividend entitlement for those holding shares until Ashwin 3. The meeting will also discuss an FPO to raise capital.
RBB Merchant Banking will hold its 9th AGM on 18th Ashwin, 2081 at 2 pm, where an 18% cash dividend (tax included) is proposed.

Today is the last day to be included in the dividend register for Sanima Equity Fund, Sanima Large Cap Fund and Sanima Growth Fund; unit holders on the books by 26th Bhadra 2081 will receive a 15% cash dividend (Rs. 19.50 crore) for SAEF, a 10% cash dividend (Rs. 12 crore) for SLCF, and a 10% cash dividend (Rs. 6,72,53,260) for SAGF.
The board has approved a 15% dividend for FY 2080/81, splitting it into 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.44 crores and 0.75% cash dividends of Rs. 7,60,500 (incl. tax), pending approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
NLG Insurance Company Limited has revised the right share issuance rate to 62.56% from the previously approved 66%, following the Board of Directors meeting on 24th Bhadra 2081. The new rate will apply to the forthcoming annual general meeting and adjust the paid‑up capital to Rs. 2,50,25,15,701.30.
