From 7th Ashwin to 14th Ashwin 2081, Himalaya Urja Bikas will auction 14,46,359 unclaimed right shares at a minimum bid of ₹100 per share. Bidders must adhere to the regulatory limit on shares per entity.
Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) has proposed an 18.3811% dividend for fiscal year 2079/80, covering paid‑up capital of Rs. 4.18 Arba; the dividend will be disbursed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Shareholders of Api Power Company Limited registered up to 15 Ashwin, 2081 are eligible for the proposed 9.4737% dividend. The 21st AGM, which will also approve the dividend, is scheduled for 1st Kartik, 2081 at Hotel Crystal Pashupati in Kathmandu.
Today is the last day to obtain the 12% cash dividend from Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) and the 3.81%/8.74% cash dividends from RBB Mutual Fund-1 and RBB Mutual Fund-2. Shareholders and unit holders must hold until 31st Bhadra 2081 to be eligible; AGM for Mandu Hydropower will be held on 14th Ashwin 2081 at Nepa Banquet.
Book close Ashwin 7; shareholders who own shares before then are entitled to receive the 11% dividend and can attend the AGM on Ashwin 21, at which 54.5% right shares will be issued.
Book closure for Everest Bank's 15.53% dividend is Ashwin 8; shareholders on record then will receive the dividend and may attend the AGM on Ashwin 20.
Book closure is on Ashwin 7 of 2081; shareholders holding shares after closure will receive a 5.26316% dividend consisting of 5% bonus shares worth Rs 5.64 cr and a cash dividend of Rs 29.68 lakhs (incl. tax). The 27th AGM is scheduled for Ashwin 20, 2081.
Book closing date for the proposed 5% cash dividend of Rs 5.12 crores for FY 2080/81 is yet to be announced. Unit holders should be aware that the dividend will be payable once the book closure is specified.
Hathway Investment Nepal (HATHY) has proposed a 10.526% dividend for FY 2080/81, consisting of 10% bonus shares and 0.526% cash (including tax). The dividend will be endorsed at the upcoming AGM, with the book‑closure date yet to be announced.
Board of directors approved a 12% dividend for FY 2080/81 on Bhadra 28, 2081, consisting of a 7% bonus and a 5% cash dividend (including tax). The dividend will be paid only after central bank approval and endorsement at the company’s 18th AGM.
