Book closure for Prabhu Capital’s PSF and PRSF dividends is on 14th Ashwin; unit holders holding units through 13th Ashwin will receive a 10% cash dividend on PSF and an 8.50% cash dividend (incl. tax) on PRSF for FY 2080/81.
Ankhukhola Hydropower Company will open a public auction for 17,50,248 unclaimed rights shares on 11th Ashwin 2081. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 100 and the auction closes on 20th Ashwin 2081.
Book closure for NMB 50 and NMB Sulav Investment Fund – II dividends is 11th Ashwin; unit holders on record by 10th Ashwin will receive a 15% cash dividend for NMB 50 and a 10% dividend for NSIF2.
Book closure for Global IME Balance Fund I (GIBF1) dividend is on 11th Ashwin; unit holders holding units until 10th Ashwin are entitled to the dividend. The board decided to distribute a 5% cash dividend worth Rs. 5.12 Crores for FY 2080/81.
Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) has announced a 10 % cash dividend and Prabhu Smart Fund (PRSF) an 8.50 % cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2080/81, payable to unitholders of the respective funds.
Book closure is set for Ashwin 11; shareholders recorded before that date are eligible for an 18.3811% dividend. The 7th annual general meeting will be held on Ashwin 23 at the Anmol Banquet in Kathmandu.
Today is the last day to claim the 25% dividend proposed by Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO). Shareholders holding shares until today are entitled to the dividend and can attend the AGM on Ashwin 18, 2081 at Yak Palace, Pulchowk, Lalitpur.

Today is the last day for shareholders to be eligible for the 14.7368% dividend proposed by Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited. The dividend will be endorsed at the 24th AGM on 16th Ashwin, 2081 at the Arpan Banquet, Naya Baneshwor, Kathmandu, with the book closure date on Ashwin 2.
85.42% of the 1:1.5 rights shares were subscribed, leaving 14.58% unclaimed. The unclaimed shares will be auctioned soon to the general public and institutions.
