Unit holders in NIBL Growth Fund with units held on or before Ashwin 15 are entitled to a 6.35 % dividend, totalling Rs 8.38 Crore, after the book‑closure on Ashwin 16, 2080/81.
Book closure for the proposed 1714% cash dividend ends 12th Kartik 2081; shareholders recorded by that date are entitled to NPR 1,714 per equity share. The dividend was approved at the virtual Board meeting on 9 Asoj 2081.
