SEBON has approved Balephi Hydropower’s rights offering of 18,279,701 units, which will increase paid‑up capital to Rs 3.65 crore. The company’s shares closed at Rs 670 on the last recorded trading day.
Today is the last day to claim the 0.157% cash dividend (including tax) from Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited; shareholders must be held in books on Kartik 5 to be eligible.
