Book closure for liberty energy's 50% rights offering ends today, 21st kartik 2081; shareholders held as of kartik 20 may subscribe. Balephi hydropower also closes its 100% rights offering today, with eligibility up to kartik 20.
National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 15% dividend for FY 2080/81. This includes 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs16.60 crore and a 0.75% cash dividend of Rs87.41 lakh, to be paid after central bank approval and AGM endorsement.
Shareholders on the books as of 25 Kartik are entitled to the 5% dividend and may attend the AGM on 14 Mangsir, 2081. The dividend will be paid to holders as of 25 Kartik and the AGM will be held on 14 Mangsir.
Today is the last trading day to secure the dividend from Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL), the 6% cash dividend from Himalayan 80-20 (H8020), and the right shares of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited (LICN). Shareholders who hold the shares through 9th Kartik 2081 qualify for SWBBL's Rs. 1.08 crore cash dividend, H8020's Rs. 6 crore cash dividend, and LICN's 88.45168% right shares worth Rs. 99 crore.
Book closure for dividend eligibility is Kartik 25. Shareholders registered before that date can attend the 8th AGM on Mangsir 7 at 3:00 pm in Banepa to approve the 15% dividend.
Prabhu Capital Limited will hold its 16th AGM on 30th Kartik,2081 at 1:00 PM at Royal Singi Hotel, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The meeting will cover endorsement of financial reports for FY 2080/81 and announce a 7.3684% cash dividend for that fiscal year.

Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 14.50% dividend of Rs 1.56 Crore for FY 2080/81. The dividend will be distributed only after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the upcoming AGM endorsement.
