Sayapatri Hydropower Limited has proposed to issue 100% right shares (30,00,000 units) on a paid‑up capital of Rs. 30 Crore, which would increase it to Rs. 60 Crore. The issuance is pending approvals from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the Securities Board of Nepal.
