Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 7% dividend (Rs. 7.30 Crore) for FY 2080/81, subject to central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Shareholders recorded on Mangsir 18 will receive a 0.75% cash dividend worth Rs. 87.41 lakhs and 14.25% bonus shares valued at Rs. 16.60 crores, and may attend National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha’s 11th AGM on Mangsir 24 to approve the dividend and a 7,65,377.64‑unit FPO.
Book‑closure date for Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited is 12 Mangsir 2081; shareholders holding shares before that date are entitled to the announced 25.5 % dividend. The bank has also called its 38th AGM for 25 Mangsir 2081 (10 Dec 2024).
