SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited has proposed a 20% cash dividend for FY 2080/81, to be paid on the paid‑up capital of Rs. 5.01 arba. The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Shareholders maintained before the book closure on Mangsir 21 are entitled to a 5.2632 % dividend for FY 2080/81. The 12th AGM of NRN Infrastructure and Development will convene on Poush 12, 2081, where a 5 % bonus share issue and a 0.2632 % cash dividend of Rs 32.18 lakhs will also be endorsed.

Today is the final day to claim Soaltee Hotel Limited’s 26.84210526% cash dividend and 10% bonus shares, totalling Rs. 24,93,50,730 cash and Rs. 9,28,95,370 bonus value; the AGM will convene on Poush 4, 2081.
LICN’s right share issue opens today, 12th Mangsir, and closes on 2nd Poush, 2081. Holders of shares as of 9th Kartik can subscribe for up to 2,346,800 units at Rs. 100 each, raising Rs. 99 crores.
