Book closure for the 8.42% dividend is 8th Poush 2081; shareholders holding shares until 7th Poush are entitled to receive the dividend and can attend the AGM on Poush 25 2081. The dividend comprises 8% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.87 crore and a tax‑applicable cash dividend of Rs. 15.13 lakhs.
Investors holding shares on Poush 17, 2081 qualify for the proposed 9% dividend, comprising 8.55% bonus shares worth Rs. 42.98 crore and 0.45% cash dividend of Rs. 2.26 crore, and the AGM is slated for Poush 29, 2081.
Dividend distribution will be executed only after central bank approval and AGM endorsement. The board proposes 3% bonus shares worth Rs.12.51 crores and 4% cash dividend worth Rs.16.68 crores.

Book closure for Multipurpose Finance Company Limited occurs on Poush 11, 2081; shareholders holding shares before this date are eligible to attend the 27th AGM on 28th Poush, 2081 at 11:00 am in the company’s Register Office, Rajbiraj. No dividend was proposed for FY 2080/81.
Shareholders registered by Poush 7 are eligible for a 10.65% dividend for FY 2080/81. The 31st AGM will take place on Poush 21 at 11 AM.
DDBL proposed a 10% dividend for FY 2080/81, comprising 9.5% bonus shares valued at Rs. 16.20 crores and 0.5% cash dividend of Rs. 85.30 lakhs. The dividend will be paid only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Jyoti Bikash Bank will not distribute any dividend to shareholders for FY 2080/81. The decision, made at the 503rd Board Meeting on Mangsir 27, 2081, remains subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
